MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE
What it is
Magnesium Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid. This binding makes it one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium available — meaning your body absorbs and uses significantly more of it compared to cheaper forms like magnesium oxide.
