Refund policy

**Effective Date:** January 1, 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kings Blend purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

**How to Initiate a Return**
Email us at support@kingsblendsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Exchanges**
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.

**Non-Returnable Items**
Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective. We cannot accept returns on products that have been partially consumed.

**Sale Items**
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@kingsblendsupplements.com.
